Dinosaurs are incredibly strong, with lots of powerful Spells to accompany them, however most cards are quite costly, so choosing which dinosaur card to play each turn is vital!
Gnawers are an agile, relatively low cost family of cards with a lot of Spells aimed at disrupting the opponent's plays. Additionally, Gnawers have a chance to dig, surviving, and able to attack once more next turn.
Insects are the poisonous family of cards. Each and every attack will inflict poisonous damage to the opponent. Insects have a variety of cards changing & adding to the total poison stacks afflicted on the opponent as well.
Your Card Library will only contain a few basic cards at the beginning of your journey. However, once you start earning gold coins during your adventures, you can decide to buy more Card Packs in the Permanent Shop accessible from the Main Menu. The Card Packs come in 2 different flavors: Normal Card Packs and Golden Card Packs. Normal Card Packs always contain 3 new cards for your Card Collection, with a small chance for 1 or more Golden Cards. Golden Card Packs are guaranteed to reward you with 3 new Golden Cards!

Realm of Beasts can be played both online and offline seamlessly! Additionally, all progress, including Card Library & Story progress will be synced across all iOS devices, as well as Apple computers, given that they all share the same iCloud account.
If you've tried device crossplay already, you will probably have come across the Cloud Data Sync Screen. Whenever you reach the Main Menu, Realm of Beasts will look for existing Cloud Data from another of your devices. If that data contains Coin/Card Pack purchases, you will have no choice but to accept these changes. If the Cloud Data contains some Story progress only, you can decide to accept or reject these changes and keep your ones.
Realm of Beasts is meant to be challenging and requires thinking ahead of battles, coming up with appropriate strategies and utilizing your Artifacts (like Bunny Hop). You begin your adventure with a limited set of Cards, so don't get discouraged if you find it difficult to finish the story on your first attempt! The more coins you gather, the more Card Combos you'll be able to pull off, and the easier the Story attempts will become. Lastly make sure to have a good balance of Normal & Spell cards in your deck. Realm of Beasts treats your Story deck as a pool of cards from which you draw randomly every turn, rather than a traditional Deck where when a card is drawn it is discarded for the rest of the game. This means that you always want to maximize the chance of getting at least 1 Normal Card every turn!
